Leprechaun 3 is both superior to and inferior to Leprechauns 1 and 2.

It starts out poorly but in a funny way. Mark Jones, when not at the Leprechaun, is unable of generating interesting discourse.

As the young college student, the actor John Gatins, who played Scott McCoy, was burdened with some of the least believable lines in the history of the world. I felt awful for him. It was quite difficult to watch.

The plot takes an unexpected turn in the middle of the second act when Scott becomes infected with the disease carried by the blood of the leprechaun. After that, however, the audience is in for nothing but a good time.

This time, it's cool that Warwick Davis gets Leprechaun 3 (1995) Review to say almost all of his lines in rhyme, and sometimes he's even funny in the second act.

Davis is truly the driving force behind these movies, and if he weren't in them, they wouldn't be enjoyable at all. The Leprechaun have a devastating appeal that is just plain entertaining to behold when he is around him.
